Company Policy Exchanges & Refunds Exchanges -If you order an incorrect item, there is a $7.50 exchange fee and you are responsible for freight and handling on the new item/s and any costs to return the item/s to us. The new item/s ordered must be at least half the value of the original item/s. Refunds - If you want to return an item/s without reordering, there is a 10% restock fee[minimum $7.50 maximum $50.00]. Freight and handling will not be refunded. The restock fee can be changed to an exchange fee [$7.50] if another item/s of at least half the value of the returned item is ordered within 30 days of refund. Exchanges and refunds will start to process once the item/s has been received back in our Boise, Idaho returns center. Close-out And Special Order Items May NOT Be Canceled or Exchanged And No Refunds Will Be Issued! General- Due to the nature of electronic devices such as intercoms, radios & alarms, if an item is received and found to be defective we will exchange the item only. No Refunds under any circumstances on these products. Most items carry a 30 day limited warranty. All items returned for exchange or refund must be in new and resalable condition with all original packing materials, manuals, bags and factory boxes. Packages with no visible RA number or an expired RA number will be refused. All items must be returned to us pre-paid. No COD returns or Call Tag Returns! Pack all item/s well and it is recommended that you fully insure the item/s. Any item/s damaged by the customer or that is damaged while in route back to us will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued. If the item is damaged, you will need to contact the shipping company you selected to return the item/s back to us and file a claim directly with them. Damaged Packages - If your order is received damaged, please call 1-800-463-3339 [FedEx] and tell them you received a damaged shipment. They will arrange to pick up the package from you and start the claim process/paperwork. We can assist you in this process, however, for the fastest possible resolution please deal directly with FedEx/UPS. We will not be able to replace or refund the item if you choose to deal directly with us until FedEx/UPS has settled the claim. This process can take as little as 10 working days and as long as 8 weeks. If you received your order via the U.S. Mail please file your claim directly with the Post Office.
